For our London appointments, we ask for £25 to secure you're booking; this cost will be deducted from any purchase made during your visit. As part of your FR experience, you will also receive a pair of our Freshwater Pearl Stud earrings as a gift, and thank you for visiting us in-store.

If you fail to attend your appointment, or notify us within 24 hours we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Walk-ins are always welcome, however if our personal stylist is hosting a pre-booked consulation, you may need to pop back in or book an appointment.

It's really helpful, but not essential to bring a photo of your dress and a swatch of your fabric, this will help us visualise your aesthetic and style so we can ensure that we help style you from head to toe.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We pride ourselves on holding most of our styles and sizes in our concession. Due to the intricate, handcrafted nature of our shoes, we may not have your exact style/size in store, so please do reach out to us before your appointment as we may be able to arrange your request to be especially available for you.

If you find your dream shoes/accessories with us on the day, you will be able to take them away with you. If your particular style/size is out of stock or on pre-order, we can arrange your order to be delivered to your home. Your personal consultant will be able to inform you on when they'll be ready to send.

ACCESSIBILITY

Our showroom is based on a lower floor, only accessible by stairs, however we would be to hold your consulation on our ground level. Please do pop us an email prior to your appointment to let us know if this is required.
